Google ADK CLI included in AgentManager's tool catalog

Hi Google ADK CLI maintainers — I've added Google ADK CLI to AgentManager, an open-source CLI/TUI for discovering, installing and updating agent tools.

Creates, runs and evaluates tool-using agents from the terminal. The catalog entry uses ID google-adk, links back to this repository, and supports uv installation. Requires Python 3.11+. The google-adk distribution supplies the adk CLI. Configure model credentials and initialize agent projects separately.

The addition is merged in PR #69 and available in catalog 1.0.83. Users can run:

agentmgr catalog refresh --force
agentmgr catalog show google-adk
