Render ordinary inline code without a raised background #1805

Open

Description

@John42506176Linux

Problem

Ordinary Markdown inline code in the CodeAF terminal UI is visually rendered with a raised/background chip. In dense assistant prose this makes rows look over-highlighted even when the span is not an actionable path or semantic highlight.

Expected

Ordinary inline code should render plainly in terminal prose, while path-like inline code remains path-linkable/clickable.

Actual

Inline code currently gets the raised/background styling.
