Hi, I'm Ethan, a software developer in Nashville. I build software end to end: full-stack web apps, Linux tooling, simulations, and the harness of AI coding agents I use to build them. The harness is the layer over Claude Code and Codex that gives agents names and inboxes, memory with full-text retrieval over past sessions, a session launcher, and traceability from design decisions to build. Sixteen Python modules, 5,000+ tests, in daily use, private for now. The repos below are the public work.
Live
- Ludicrous: War and Blackjack with 1,000 players, simulated in seconds and played back in the browser. Python engine, Rust and WebAssembly core. Source
- Personal Finance Tracker: Flask REST API, React and TypeScript front end, PostgreSQL, 1,700+ tests. Demo mode, source on request.
- Docist: self-hosted document toolkit, PDF merge, 150 format conversions, OCR, REST API. Source
Open source
- kdoitall: KDE Plasma workspace automation in Bash and SQLite, Wayland and X11.
- one record, many bells: durable file mailboxes for agent-to-agent messaging, stdlib Python. Demoed at AI Tinkerers Nashville, July 2026.
- genesis: a pixel valley that builds itself from a date. TypeScript.
