[Bug] Windows: minimise button overlaps the panel toggle when Size is above 100% (desktop v0.1.55) #1035

Open

Description

@tardigrade1001

Summary

On Windows with Settings, Appearance, Size set to 125%, the minimise button slides under the header's panel toggle, and the window controls sit lower than the header icons. At 100% the layout is fine.

Expected Behavior

Minimise, maximise and close keep their own space to the right of the terminal and panel toggles, at any Size setting.

Actual Behavior

At 125% the minimise button overlaps the panel toggle, and the three window controls sit lower than the header icons. Screenshot below.

Steps to reproduce the issue

  1. Windows 11, Command Code desktop v0.1.55.
  2. Settings, Appearance, set Size to 125%.
  3. Open any thread and look at the top right corner.

Cause: the header toggles (RL in the workspace-screen chunk) set right: calc(138px * var(--cc-native-titlebar-counter-scale, 1)), which cancels the app zoom. The window controls component in the index bundle uses plain px (button width 46px, container height 56px), so those grow with zoom and outrun the space the header leaves.

Fix, tested locally on v0.1.55: give the window controls the same counter scale (3 widths, 1 height).

style: { width: `calc(${46}px * var(--cc-native-titlebar-counter-scale, 1))` }
style: { height: `calc(${56}px * var(--cc-native-titlebar-counter-scale, 1))`, WebkitAppRegion: "no-drag" }

Check: at 80%, 100%, 125% and 150%, minimise sits clear of the panel toggle and all icons share one row.

Additional context

Top: 125% before. Bottom: 125% with the patch above.

    Also checked at 150% with the patch. All five title bar icons sit evenly spaced on one row.
