attach project doesn't work? #1050

Summary

attach project doesn't work, a bug or it hasn't been implemented yet? because i though when choosing to attach a project, i can just reference another project by its name in the sidebar?

Expected Behavior

I expect i can choose other project by referencing it's name using @project:

Actual Behavior

it just shows @project: "ProjectName" but it doesn't work.

Steps to reproduce the issue

click the plus icon in the text chat field, then select attach project
