Device list is empty after opening the Android app #79
Description
The app is open and the backend is running, but pnpm opengui -- devices --json returns an empty list.
adb sees the phone, so I don't know whether I should debug adb reverse, the backend URL inside the Android app, permissions, or the device registration path. A small "empty device list" checklist would be easier to follow than the general setup doc.

@xdeng-dev 我们已合入修复 PR #116：Release 版 Android App 现在会使用设置页保存的后端地址，不再始终连接默认的
127.0.0.1:7777。同时补充了设备列表为空的排查清单，覆盖端口转发、后端地址、待命连接和设备注册。请使用包含此修复的新构建重试，保存后端地址后需完全重启 App。Debug/Release 单元测试和 Debug APK 构建均已通过，但我们尚未在你的真机环境验证，因此不能保证这次修改完全解决你遇到的问题。ADB 能看到手机，也不代表 App 已完成后端注册。
如果仍然返回空列表，请补充以下信息，帮助我们继续排查：
