Problem

The native WPF library advertises net8.0-windows;net10.0-windows, but on unchanged main with SDK 10.0.100, dotnet build NativeWpf/ST.Library.UI.WPF/ST.Library.UI.WPF.csproj -c Release fails the net10 target with 17 CS0012 errors: GDI interfaces such as IImage/IGraphics require System.Private.Windows.GdiPlus.

Change

Apply the existing Microsoft.WindowsDesktop.App framework reference to both targets instead of only net8. This makes the existing GDI drawing contract's references available without adding a WinForms host, package, hardcoded SDK path, or source dependency.

Validation

The same Release build now succeeds for both targets with zero warnings/errors. An isolated Windows/.NET 10 STA consumer also creates the real WPF editor, saves/loads its own tiny graph, renders a GDI-backed canvas offscreen, and constructs the property grid/tree using only its own node assembly. This is not interactive WPF/property-inspector or full demo acceptance.
