Adds a maintenance-mode notice to the top of the README, matching the other Feeds v2 clients (stream-js, stream-python, stream-php, stream-ruby, stream-go2, stream-net) and the Chat clients' maintenance notices. It points new projects at
stream-sdk-javaand the Java v2-to-v3 migration guide.README only, no code changes.
