Release 19.3.6 to npm. Its only change since 19.3.5 is #190, which is already live on the CDN.

• CHANGELOG ## 19.3.6: Gleap.clearIdentity() called before the SDK finished loading no longer leaves the previous contact's unread notifications cached for the next visitor (Clear cached notifications on clearIdentity before the UI mounts (#225880) #190)
• npm run build outputs: build/{browser,cjs,esm} + maps, published/19.3.6/{index.js,.map,survey-embed.js}, published/latest/index.js{,.map}. These are the same 14 files as the 19.3.5 release commit.

Checks

• npx jest: 33 suites / 581 tests pass
• Every bundle reports SDK_VERSION "19.3.6" and contains the fix
• published/19.3.5/ is unchanged. npm ci runs prepare and rebuilt it, and that change was reverted so the released 19.3.5 files stay as shipped.

After merge

Put a plain tag on the merge commit (git tag 19.3.6 <sha> && git push origin 19.3.6). release.yml then publishes to npm and creates the GitHub release.
