Theoretically yes, I've never done it before but I can give it a crack. Other people would have to submit language conversions though

Could you give a word list or some hints for adding other languages via PR

Right now it's hardcoded in English so I'd have to go through and separate it into .resx(?) files first

I can provide documents in Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese (maybe)?

I think this tool, from Mozilla, with BSD license (not GNU-like) can be used. The trick is to make it accessible to non-technical people who are fluent in language. Firefox is one of the rare perfectly localized to Turkish apps with no "out of place" things.

no no no You don't need to split it into .resx files at all. My solution is similar to an automatic detection scheme that identifies the corresponding strings and replaces them in real time.

Originally, I also wanted to separate it into resx files at the beginning, but I encountered a bunch of problems. So, I wrote two new files to manage it, namely LanguageConfig.vb and TranslationHelper.vb Additionally, I modified the settings page to add a 'language' option.

You can take a look at #589 . It has perfectly solved the multilingual issue.

It now only needs to write the JSON in the prescribed format and add the new language in the setting, and then it can achieve the translation for the corresponding language.

+1 for this feature, also maybe it could be possible to host localization files for free on Crowdin through open-source request
