The GUI is ugly under Ubuntu

My eyes bleed:

Whereas on Windows 10, it's passable:

Doesn't apparently appear to be much we can do:

Messing with the "theme" in ttk doesn't help. I'm inclined to believe this is an Anaconda issue.

This is under Ubuntu, using the native install of python (and a tedious apt install and pip3 install hunt)...

Looks a lot nicer... So this does seem like an Anaconda issue
