from_seed()? #10

Dear MT19937 team,

I noticed that in recent new version published in crates.io (3.1 and 3.2), this from_seed() function was not available any more. I rely on it for a couple of applications. Is from_slice_seed() equivalent to from_seed() in 3.1?
