Feature: Allow setting the project path in an environment variable #4874

Open

Description

@mattiasthalen

My repo structure looks something like this:

/root
└─ /sqlmesh
   └─ config.py

And I usually call sqlmesh from the root with sqlmesh -p sqlmesh info.
It would be lovely if I was given the option to set the project path in an environment variable, so I only need to run sqlmesh info.

    We should probably use auto_envvar_prefix to leverage Click's built in functionality for this and enable any of the CLI options to also be specified as env vars

    I want to second this. Not having this and hogging config.py/yaml at a repo root is pretty... rude :)
