YouTube sets advertising cookies as soon as its player loads, and Cookiebot does not block an iframe we render ourselves. A shared YouTubeEmbed molecule now uses youtube-nocookie.com and renders the player only with advertising (Cookiebot Marketing) consent. Without it, it shows a short notice with "Watch on YouTube" and "Cookie settings" (or "Load video" when there is no consent banner). Granting consent starts the player without a reload. Fable 5.1 review: one finding, inline.
The marketplace parser missed /shorts/, /live/ and watch URLs with v= after another parameter, so those fell into a <video> whose poster and metadata fetched youtube.com before consent. One shared parser in the YouTubeEmbed helpers now reads all of them (and m., music. and youtube-nocookie hosts) for the marketplace and both output renderers. YouTubeEmbed now takes the URL. A YouTube link that names no single video (a channel, a playlist) gets the notice with a "Watch on YouTube" link and is never put into a <video>, <img> or iframe. Why: YouTube sets advertising cookies the moment its player loads, before anyone agrees. Cookiebot doesn't block an iframe we render ourselves, so marketplace videos and YouTube links in run output set Marketing cookies without consent. Part of the privacy project (goal: do it legally).
