Support -P parameters for gradle plugin configuration #376

Description
Now we can configure the utbot-gradle plugin only using sarifReport { ... } block in the build.gradle.
We should support configuring the task generateTestsAndSarifReport using -P parameters to use the plugin from the GitHub action.
Expected behavior
The user can run generateTestsAndSarifReport -PtestFramework=testng ... <other parameters> ...
