CI uses separate runner slots for compiler checks already covered by clippy. Workspace-wide linting covers the parser and benchmark targets, while line-tables-only retains file-and-line backtraces for test failures.

cc @alamb will merge this one when possible as it slims down the CI, but given we are still backlogged I am not sure what is the current cause.

I think the CI usage in this project is a drop in the bucket compared to other projects that share the same runner. Thus I am not sure how much effort it is worth trying to optimize our CI here much more
