Support v2 of Pre Token Generation Lambda#464

This was recently announced for Cognito:
https://aws.amazon.com/about-aws/whats-new/2023/12/amazon-cognito-user-pools-customize-access-tokens/
It requires a v2 of that lambda. Can we add support to the aws-lambda-java-events package for it?
