Allow partial domain reduction when there is a combination of continous and discrete parameter #620

Domain reduction and discrete parameters were two of the feature that made me choose this repo. I'd like to use them together.

Can we just ignore discrete parameters when using domain reduction? Or maybe use floor function to handle ints?
