目前WxMpDefaultConfigImpl中只有getWxMpHostConfig方法，没有set方法，在内网环境，需要代理出网，直接替换掉api.weixin.qq.com 换成内网的ip:port的形式，所以需要设置

    这个是默认实现，可以把它理解为一个基础类，你可以通过继承它来实现自己的逻辑

    不过可以提供一个set方法
