Add remote reducer descriptors, outbox declarations and helpers, and result callbacks. Encode outbox metadata and expose only reads and inserts on outbox handles, with runtime and type-level coverage.

Emit source modules containing receiver reducer descriptors and reachable argument types. Preserve canonical names and signature hashes, with snapshot coverage.
Write dependency bindings under remote_bindings/<dependency>/index.ts for relative source imports without package metadata. Update CLI coverage and document the TypeScript IDC API.
Generate bindings during E2E setup and cover ordered delivery, callbacks, cleanup, terminal errors, and nested arguments in both Rust/TypeScript directions. Verify exact canonical-name casing and accessor-only receiver updates without regenerating sender bindings. Run the scenarios on standalone and private clusters.
