• v7.40.4 Linux: every DerivedSync action fails under the systemd unit because bun isn't on the user manager's PATH

• v7.40.4 Linux: DerivedSync's .path unit dies on the first burst of saves (start-limit-hit) and stops watching until reset-failed

• Doctor: add a durability probe for authored files that .gitignore excludes (an over-broad lib/ rule hid 30 hook libraries while the backup job reported OK hourly)

• Accepting a projects proposal writes the row as a bullet below the file, outside the PROJECTS.md table, so the project never reaches routing or Pulse

• Interceptor EnsureTestProfile.sh: a stale pin triggers a pointless profile launch, and the two post-upgrade breakages can be repaired safely (patch + harness)

• Memory reviewer: turns after a session's last review are never curated, because nothing reviews at SessionEnd (31.5% of typed messages on one install)

• A hook whose import can't resolve fails silently on every event, so Safety.hook.ts can be off for months with no signal; add a post-install load check (and consider failing closed)
