Two small doc fixes left over from the review of #862.

tools/differential/README.md: size a stratum by its build-order yield

The "Adding a source" paragraph gains one rule: size a stratum from the yield it has in the build, not on its own. Strata that share a country take no one an earlier stratum took, so a yield measured alone overstates what the build gets.

The case that earned it: #862 measured its India strata one at a time. Indian Urdu aligned 17 names of 3,000 on its own, but only 12 in build order, behind Bengali, Hindi and Marathi. That's exactly its quota. AGENTS.md asks for a lesson like this to be written where the next person will meet it; #862 merged without it.

AGENTS.md: what rules/H2 (the leading abbreviation read as a title) actually records

The encoding paragraph said Indic vowel signs and Arabic and Hebrew points are left out of the letter class "deliberately", citing rules/H2's Accepted clause. That clause names only one consequence: a period-marked abbreviation in Bengali or Devanagari never reads as a title by shape.

The decision itself is in decisions/nfd-shapes (#652), which declined to widen the class without a measurement. The paragraph now cites that decision for the exclusion, and H2 for the Indic consequence it records.

Testing

The doc and design-doc test modules pass (uv run pytest tests/v2 -k "doc or design or rules or citation": 1,688 passed).

…araphrase

The README's "Adding a source" paragraph now says to size a stratum
from its yield in build order: #862 measured its India strata one at a
time, and Indian Urdu's 17 aligned names of 3,000 were 12 behind the
strata before it, exactly its quota.

AGENTS.md's encoding paragraph credited rules/H2's Accepted clause
with excluding Indic vowel signs and Arabic and Hebrew points from the
letter class. The exclusion was declined in decisions/nfd-shapes; H2
records only the Indic consequence, a period-marked Bengali or
Devanagari abbreviation never reading as a title by shape.
