Adds Formaty as the first entry in Productivity & Misc, in the same section as Digital Toolpad (the other 100%-offline tool there).
Formaty is a free, browser-based developer data workspace: format/validate, convert, compare (list compare with SQL exports, CSV key-column compare, document diff), and query JSON, XML, YAML, TOML and CSV — plus generate SQL, TypeScript types, and JSON Schema from data.
