[v3.1.2] Submitter search doesn't autocomplete #546
Description
Auto completion in submitter search box works fine in v2.2.6, but doesn't work in v3.1.2. Patchwork no longer lists matches when you start typing. See: https://patches.dpdk.org/project/dpdk/list/.
Git-bisect points to a741c95, specifically because of the change in htdocs/js/selectize.min.js.

Also, it seems like searching by full email is also broken:

It looks like a non-standalone version of selectize was uploaded in a741c95 by accident, error "Selectize: Dependency MicroPlugin is missing" can be seen in console. Replacing
htdocs/js/selectize.min.jsandhtdocs/css/selectize.bootstrap3.csswithdist/js/standalone/selectize.min.jsanddist/css/selectize.bootstrap3.cssfrom https://github.com/selectize/selectize.js/releases/tag/v0.13.6 fixes the problem.
