The record already references the facil.io fix, 5128747 ("Merge commit from fork"), which adds a tmp == pos check to the numeral parsing in fio_json_parser.h. iodine vendors that file as ext/iodine/fio_json_parser.h, and the v0.7.58...v0.7.59 diff of that file contains the same change (if (!tmp || tmp == pos || JSON_NUMERAL[*tmp]) in both places):
