CLI should expose a /model command for more easily toggling the current model #10
Description
Currently, users can switch between Sonnet 4 and GPT-5 by setting the COPILOT_MODEL environment variable.
The CLI should expose a /model slash command for setting the model used for a given conversation, and ~/.copilot/config should support setting this persistently without the need for an environment variable
