Incorrectly model for claude sonnet 4.5 #131

Describe the bug
I already set the model into claude sonnet 4.5 but i got is claude sonnet 3.5
Affected version
0.0.330
Steps to reproduce the behavior
- Type copilot
- type /models, select models to sonnet 4.5
- ask copilot, "what model are you use ?"
Expected behavior
Expected copilot should be return model claude sonnet 4.5

I have the same problem, no matter what Sonnet version I select, it reports itself as 3.5. If you question this, it says that versions 4 and 4.5 don't exist as of October 2024 :)
Also, if I select GPT-5 as model, every request fails with a 400 error.
I tested this on Linux.

I wouldn't trust how the model self-reports, we haven't done anything in our prompts to ensure that it says the right thing here!
