Cli is not responsive on Windows for verison 0.0.337 #257

Describe the bug
when runnging command copilot on cmd or Powershell is shows you that it logged in and connects to MCP but then does not accept any input and not even Ctrl + C

Also, do you see this when launching

Update: we were able to internally reproduce this on Windows in the VSCode terminal. We're working on a fix.
In the meantime, I have a few workarounds for you:

This has been mitigated by https://github.com/github/copilot-cli/releases/tag/v0.0.338 by disabling the Kitty protocol by default.
