Focused issue timeline and activity panel [Public Preview] #1332

Value Prop

Navigate and filter issue activity more efficiently with the new Activity panel. Instead of scrolling through a cluttered timeline and repeatedly clicking "Load more," you can now focus on the events and comments that matter to you, making it easier to follow conversations and find important context on any issue.

Expected Outcome

Issues become more navigable and performant by separating comments from the broader activity timeline. Users spend less time loading and parsing irrelevant events, and more time understanding the discussions that drive their work forward.
