Cmd+K now opens the command palette (#311). It covers channels in every project, the open channel's tabs, and the existing window actions (navigation, Open Folder, Settings, sidebar toggles, updates, New Channel). Cmd+K stays a webview shortcut, so the composer's link shortcut and the terminal's clear keep it while they have focus.
