Prepares 0.17.0, the first release built on native2. Don't publish yet: the approval-prompt and pause checks on native2 still need the user at the Mac.

• Version: package.json 0.17.0, and the description no longer mentions Peekaboo.
• README: setup now points at the app's own server, /Applications/Desktop Tools.app/Contents/MacOS/desktop-tools-mcp, for Claude Code, Codex and JSON clients, so Node is no longer needed. The npx setup is listed as still working at v0.17.0 or later.
• docs: docs/mcp.md is pinned to v0.17.0. docs/app.md says the bundled server reconnects after the app restarts.
• CHANGELOG: 0.17.0 covers the native2 host, the bundled server (speed and size figures from the bench), the CLIENT_OUTDATED break for setups pinned before 0.17.0, desktop-tools-build --native2, and the known gaps (switch_space with one Space; the menubar WindowServer fallback isn't live-checked).
• CUTOVER: step 7 is updated.

Live checks so far on native2's dev app:

• The 26 live checks pass, feat: paste files into a Finder folder with desktop_insert, confirmed by their names appearing there (#3) #114 included.
• Launch and open apps in the background; come forward only when a step needs it #162: background launch and open, with the front app untouched.
• feat: ask once per agent before it controls the Mac, and keep agent input off Desktop Tools' own UI (#24) #120: the self-target refusal.

To publish after merge (stack defaults to native2; stack: native switches back to Peekaboo's stack):
