- Gives ADK Java callers each workflow node's output in Java types. - Propagates workflow routes set by adapted ADK Java tools and plugins. - Updates `google-adk-tokt` to ADK Kotlin 1.4.0. - Updates the Kotlin compiler and `kotlin-stdlib` in `google-adk-tokt` to 2.3.21.
