Problem: The NVIDIA AI Foundation cloud URL in this sample returns 404, so readers cannot reach the NIM signup page.

Solution: Point the step at NVIDIA Build, where NIM API keys are issued. Keep the change to the single affected line.

Testing Plan

Docs-only link fix. Verified the old URL returns 404 and https://build.nvidia.com/ returns 200 ("Try NVIDIA NIM APIs").
