Currently, a returned error from the reproduction infrastructure causes the Testcase to be marked as invalid:

clusterfuzz/src/appengine/handlers/external_update.py

Line 87 in ab7dbf2

_mark_errored(testcase, revision, error)

We should introduce a retry here before we do so.
