… 2's untakeable rule; live criteria run as a non-gating pass (#48 U3) A live suite model would make the completion gate depend on a live model's output. Instead of adding a second way for a course-owned row to leave the Ledger, the untakeable definition gains 'or depend on a live model's output', so the row uses the existing 'no alternative remains takeable' path (pinned in §2, Environment Resolutions row, §1 'unavailable'). ADD 1's 'course-owned and stays' paragraph is rewritten in place to say so and that live criteria still run after the offline suite without gating. Problem (#48 U3): every lab spec offered the live model for the offline test suite. The suite is the completion gate, so choosing that option would make "complete" depend on a live model's run-to-run output.
Change (lab overlay only; 2 edits in place):
livecriteria still run after the offline suite, as a pass that never gates completion."No-stacking check: the overlay lets a course-owned row leave the Ledger only when every alternative is untakeable (OVERRIDE 2, and the paragraph after it). This change reuses that path rather than adding a second way out, so the ADD 3 checklist line needs no change. The base guide already says "an environment overlay may resolve the row instead" (§3, and §14). The agnostic spec is unaffected.
To be tested in the next loop-engineering lab regeneration, with a purpose probe.
