Documents the flight-detection requirement for automatic servo autotrim introduced by iNavFlight/inav#12054 (fixed-wing flight detection during GPS-loss dead reckoning).

Autotrim only runs while INAV detects flight. That needs at least two of: valid GPS heading, airspeed above 3.5 m/s, or a barometer altitude change of more than 5 m from the arming altitude. An airspeed sensor is not required.

Draft: do not merge before iNavFlight/inav#12054 is merged. The thresholds may change in review there, and this will be updated to match.

Autotrim now only runs while INAV detects flight from at least two of GPS
heading, airspeed and a barometer altitude change, so state that instead
of "requires a GPS and detectable motion". An airspeed sensor is not
needed.
