[Windows] Verify: events, input and icon reports from window_manager #78
These were reported against window_manager 0.5.x, whose platform code is gone: window_manager 0.6.0 is rebuilt on nativeapi. None of them has been checked against nativeapi yet. Each needs a reproduction with nativeapi (a Flutter app on the Window API), then a fix or a note that it no longer happens. Tick them off here as they're checked.
Replayed with the real nativeapi Flutter Window API in a real Flutter Windows app (Windows 11 build 26200, Flutter 3.47.6 debug): tools/gui/flutter_window_reports_test.ps1 builds the fixture tools/gui/window_reports_flutter.dart against the workspace's Dart packages, paints solid colours, and measures native geometry, styles, DWM caption buttons, pixels and frame-by-frame samples. No keyboard input; the only clicks are owner-guarded ones on the app's own window. The suite passes repeatedly on core 9d6b50d (workspace libnativeapi/nativeapi@2894880).
#294 — minimized and restored: the last focus event is Focused, not Blurred.
#207 — a real double-click on the title bar maximizes with Resized and Maximized; another restores with Resized and Restored. (Win+Arrow and the snap-layout flyout need keyboard input or clicks outside the app, not driven.)
#511 — maximize() from onDoubleTapDown, with the pointer still down and captured (real double-click on a Flutter area): maximizes.
#534 — reproduced and fixed (6dfa108): Application::SetIcon set the class icon of GetConsoleWindow(), which a GUI app does not have, and widened the UTF-8 path byte by byte — it returned true and changed nothing. It now loads the big and small icon and sets them on every top-level window of the process (false without one). From Flutter with a path inside flutter_assets: the window's icons change. Core test application_icon_windows_test (non-ASCII path, sizes, replacing, refusals).
Not covered: #480 (needs keyboard input) and #245 (needs two monitors with different scale factors, as #63). Keeping this open for those.
