Redesign the HTTP workspace around collections and folders, shared request configuration, and integrated debugging tools.

• Add collection and folder editors with overview dashboards and inherited authentication, headers, variables, scripts, assertions, and extraction rules.
• Rework navigation with searchable, resizable sidebar sections, drag-and-drop organization, persistent panel layouts, and expanded command palette actions.
• Add an editable variables inspector, bulk key-value editing, Markdown descriptions, and contextual help.
• Persist request history with response snapshots and unify expandable rows across history and Console.
• Add a request and script Console with filtering, raw inspection, copying, and a detached window, plus native terminal sessions.
• Add a persistent cookie jar and cookie manager with inline and raw editing, integrated into request execution and previews.
• Add HTTP/2 support, global transport defaults, and per-request overrides for timeouts, redirects, URL encoding, response limits, and TLS verification.
• Improve Postman import fidelity, inherited authentication visibility, draft preservation, selection restoration, and WebSocket authentication.
• Unify shared UI controls and notifications, expand regression coverage, and update HTTP guides, screenshots, README, and comparison pages.

Validation: 30 tests passed across collection inheritance, transport settings, cookie jar, console, and bulk key-value conversion. Scoped ESLint and Vue component compilation passed for the latest UI changes. The full test suite was not run.
