Adds search by meaning on top of word search.

Built-in EmbeddingGemma 2 model (download in Preferences, runs offline in a utility process) or a local embedding server
Vault index stored on this device, incremental updates on changes, moved together with the vault
Command Palette: hybrid ranking by words and meaning, stable layout (Results, Possibly related, pinned create actions), no reorder when meaning results arrive
Assistant vault search uses the same hybrid search
Preferences → Semantic Search section
Indexing and model download status in the space rail
