💭 Why

The site moved to Cloudflare Workers. /_vercel/insights/* doesn't exist there, so the analytics script 404s on every page view, and the Vercel edge middleware never runs.

✨ What changed

  • Removed the Vercel Web Analytics snippet and its analytics render option.
  • Deleted middleware.ts (Vercel-only) and the server-side ingest in src/tracking/api-usage.ts.
  • Kept classifyEndpoint, which the Worker still uses for its Workers Logs line.
  • README and CONTRIBUTING updated to match.

The site runs on Cloudflare Workers now, where /_vercel/insights does not
exist: the page snippet 404'd on every view and the edge middleware never
runs. Drops the snippet, the Vercel middleware and the server-side ingest;
classifyEndpoint stays for the Worker's usage log line.
