Docs: a "Community apps" section for the README? #802

Open

Description

@Gholls

First, thanks for shipping the spec — the resource + postMessage pattern is a joy to build against.

The README's Examples grid only lists in-repo examples. There are already real-world apps built on MCP Apps in the wild, and a short "Community apps" list (name → link, a few lines) would help newcomers see production-ish usage and would route traffic back to the ecosystem. It would also give the four Agent Skills a natural showcase.

One example worth listing:

  • MCP Hub — https://mcp.gholl.com (MIT, https://github.com/Gholls/mcp-hub). An open-source gallery of interactive micro-tools (GPU VRAM estimator, cron/regex debugger, JWT decoder, JSON-LD viewer, uptime dashboard, color studio, ECharts renderer, a Gomoku game, and more). Each tool ships a self-contained UI card over resources/read, alongside the plain-data path, and the same widgets run as a login-free browser playground.

No code change requested beyond an optional README section. Happy to draft the PR (with whatever entry format you prefer) if maintainers are interested — otherwise feel free to close this.
