☑️ Resolves

The Dockerfile snippet in "ExApp HaRP integration" downloads frpc 0.61.1 from the exapps_dev folder of the HaRP repository. That version is outside frp's compatibility guarantee for the frps 0.71.1 that HaRP now ships (nextcloud/HaRP#135), and HaRP will not add newer frp archives to its repository (nextcloud/HaRP#88). The snippet now installs frpc 0.71.1 from the official frp release and checks the archive against the release's frp_sha256_checksums.txt, like the HaRP README and the ExApp skeleton. The Alpine note no longer names Alpine 3.21 and says that the Alpine package can lag behind.
