If I Quit Phoenix using the red traffic light button all my Folders and Files remain in the left column. But if I Quit Phoenix from the Dock and fire-up again all those Folders and Files have now gone and I have to reload them.

OS, Browser and Phoenix versions
macOS 27.0.1
Phoenix Version 5.2.5 (20260810.183356)
I checked and yes, this is a real macOS bug on our end. So what happens is, when you quit with the red close button, Phoenix runs its own shutdown steps and saves the session properly. But when you quit from the dock (or with ⌘Q), macOS closes the app instantly because of which those steps never run, so on the next launch Phoenix just opens the default project. Your files aren't lost though, they're only not being restored.
For now, use the red close button and everything will come back. If you already quit from the dock, just reopen the folder from Recent Projects.
We will fix this most likely in the November release. Apologies for the trouble.
