CR-150 lane L19D, per DESIGN rev 6 and its PARALLEL-PLAN row; the lane's REPORT.md has the file:line detail. It's stacked on L0b (#421), with base core/cr150-l0b, and gets retargeted to core/cr150-p00-contracts after #421 merges.
