`Path.iterdir` now raises `NotADirectoryError` rather than `ValueError`, glob character classes follow shell-style semantics, and the workaround for the `stacklevel` bug in PyPy < 7.3.19 is removed. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Synchronizes
zipfile.Pathwith zipp4.1.2, per the
development
methodology.
Last synced from zipp 3.23 in gh-135276.
Three behavior changes:
Path.iterdir()raisesNotADirectoryErrorinstead ofValueErrorwhen thepath is not a directory (Raise NotADirectoryError from Path.iterdir jaraco/zipp#154). Breaking:
NotADirectoryErroris anOSError, not aValueError, so callers catchingValueErrorare affected. Documented with aversionchanged.glob()/rglob()patterns follow shell semantics(Fix negated glob character classes jaraco/zipp#162): a leading
!negates,^is a literal, and neithermatches a path separator. Previously the character set was passed to the regex
engine unchanged, so
[!a]and[^a]were both regex negation and couldmatch separators.
stacklevelbug in PyPy < 7.3.19 is removed(Stop working around bug in PyPy < 7.3.18 jaraco/zipp#149).
The rest is test and lint churn that keeps the stdlib and zipp trees
byte-identical, verified zero-diff in both directions against zipp's
cpythonbranch.
Note
Stacked on #160103, which carries the backportable
str()bugfix (gh-100609) from the same refresh. Please merge that one first; this
PR's diff will then reduce to the changes described above.
Two of the test changes are worth calling out:
test_atandtest_strarrive from zipp with theirZipFileleft unclosed, which trips the
ResourceWarningadded in ValueError: I/O operation on closed file. in ZipFile destructor #81954. Fixed upstream injaraco/zipp@e18b2d0 rather than here, so the trees stay in sync.
never been ported back to zipp; Port test changes from CPython jaraco/zipp#165 does that, so this refresh
does not revert them.
