Ports python/cpython#146330 back upstream, closing the only drift between the cpython branch and CPython main.

Background

CPython's Lib/test/test_importlib/metadata/test_zip.py picked up a @requires_fork() guard on test_fastpath_cache_cleared_in_forked_child to fix the WASM/Emscripten buildbot (gh-146325). Under Emscripten multiprocessing.get_all_start_methods() advertises fork, so the test's existing skipUnless doesn't fire and the test blows up in node. That left the two trees one hunk apart.

Changes

The CPython commit cherry-picked as-is (authorship preserved), with the paths and the package import resolved for this tree. requires_fork comes straight from test.support, which is already a dependency of these tests and supplies it on every Python this project supports.

No newsfragment: the change is test-only and not user-facing.
