Add AzureProbe to the libraries directory #378

Please consider adding AzureProbe to the Robot Framework libraries directory.

AzureProbe provides six read-only keywords for Azure VM information, existence, property assertions, tag assertions, power-state assertions, and bounded polling. The Python library runs bundled PowerShell scripts using Az.Accounts and Az.Compute.

The repository includes an MIT license, installation and authentication instructions, a keyword reference, example Robot tests, and contribution guidance:

Current maturity: initial alpha, with repository version 0.1.0. Installation is currently from source; the package has not yet been published to PyPI. The automated checks pass on Windows, Linux, and macOS and use isolated fake Azure modules. Live Azure validation is still pending and is documented as a limitation in the README.
