Server credentials expiration #37

If the server credentials that a camera is using expires/becomes invalid, the camera keeps trying (very frequently) to connect back. Instead, it should use a back-off mechanism, where it waits for longer and longer periods. In addition, we need a mechanism to provide the camera with new server credentials.
