[Suggestion] It is hoped that the proxy function can be enhanced #2776
Description
When cloning a repository, one can set up a proxy. When updating the repository, the proxy can be used. This makes the operation much more convenient through visual means.

I saw this proxy. If it is set up, all git requests will be forwarded to the proxy service. It would be best to add a switch so that it can be turned on when needed and off when not needed. This way, it will be easier to control.

This is a screenshot of the proxy plugin. It allows you to set a global proxy or use a local proxy. And it can be switched through the buttons.

SourceGit 中配置的就是 per-repo (local) http.proxy。SourceGit 并没有提供配置 global http.proxy 的地方
